Transfer of risk

Returns and warranty
You can send back products within 30 days of receipt pursuant to terms on our Returns page. Hardware devices, acoustic amplifiers, and electronic cleaning instruments carry a 12-month statutory conformity warranty covering material and manufacturing defects from the date of physical receipt, excluding damage resulting from improper insertion, earwax ingress, liquid immersion, or unauthorized disassembly.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novanaturis LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid for the specific order or $100.00, whichever is lower. Nothing within these clauses excludes liability that cannot be legally restricted under statute.
