Each device comes with small, medium, and large medical-grade silicone ear domes. Start with the medium size: if you hear whistling or acoustic feedback, move up to the larger dome to create a snug seal around your outer ear canal.
What payment methods are supported, and when are orders processed?
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For orders finalized before 14:30 on business days, our team conducts pre-shipment inspections and packages the items for dispatch on the same afternoon.
How does your return policy work if an item remains unopened?
We provide a 30-day return window from the day your parcel is delivered. Items must be completely unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Once our Austin warehouse inspects the return, we initiate your refund.
